Shipping Policy


We can ship to virtually any address in the Continental US. Note that there are restrictions on some products.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Free Shipping Over $200

SBT offers free shipping on select qualifying product orders totaling $200 or more. The free shipping option will be available to be selected at checkout for qualifying orders.

  • Shipping address must be in the continental United States (Alaska and Hawaii excluded)
  • Order must total $200 before taxes, and after all discounts have been applied.
  • We will ship your order via FedEx or USPS depending on your location. Delivery times range from 2-7 business days and are not guaranteed. Check FedEx and USPS for additional delays.
  • If you prefer to have a guaranteed delivery date, you have the option to decline free shipping and select another available shipping method.
  • Certain items are not included in the free shipping offer based on weight. Excluded items will have disclaimers in the description.

Flat-Rate Shipping

SBT offers flat-rate shipping, via FedEx OneRate, throughout the entire united states on select items: 

  • Select, larger products, based on size and weight, can ship at a flat rate of $13.99
  • Delivery times not guaranteed. Check FedEx and USPS for additional delays.

Same-Day Shipping

The cutoff times for guaranteed same day shipping are 12pm CST on all items with the exclusion of Custom Design Requests. Delivery times not guaranteed. Check FedEx and USPS for additional delays.

Returns Policy 


You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

Unfortunately we cannot warrant custom personalized imprinted apparel or accessories. They are made specifically for you. So we  are unable to return it to our inventory. Please make sure to verify size, spelling and all design aspects before purchase.  We offer specification links to all our products when applicable. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
